RIPESS Intercontinental and its members from different continents will be at the World Social Forum of Transformative Economies (WSFTE), organizing different continental and intercontinental virtual activities. The meetings are held from June 25 to July 1, in parallel to the WSFTE program.

About the World Social Forum on Transformative Economies

The World Social Forum on Transformative Economies (WSFTE) is a process of convergence of economies that are a real alternative to capitalism. Although it was initially going to be held physically in Barcelona, the health crisis of the covid-19 has transformed it into a virtual meeting (25 June to 1 July) with dozens of activities presented by groups from all over the world, diverse themes and different time zones to suit the audiences. In addition, during the Solidarity Economy Fair of Catalonia in Barcelona, a mixed forum will be organized (23-25 October 2020) to continue the work of networking, collaboration and transformation.
